We offer worldwide returns within 30 days of delivery.
1) Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and any included accessories (if applicable)
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)
2) How to Start a Return
To request a return, submit a return request through the store’s support or order page. If approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
3) Return Shipping
Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items: we will cover return shipping or provide a reasonable solution where available.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns lost in transit may not qualify for a refund.
4) Refunds (Within 3 Days)
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
